RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We offer exchange or store credit for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by receipt. Made-to-order items, custom pieces, sized or adjusted jewelry, loose stones, select one-of-a-kinds, special orders, and sale or discounted items are final sale.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions and preauthorization before shipping. Returns shipped without preauthorization or not according to instruction will not be accepted.
GIFT CARD + STORE CREDIT POLICY
Treat gift cards like cash. Ore is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. All gift cards and store credits expire seven years from the date of issuance.
