We are here to create a ring you’ll treasure for a lifetime! We kick off all of our custom ring projects with a virtual discovery call. This allows us to answer all of your design and stone questions one-on-one within a dedicated meeting. During this meeting we’ll guide you through all of your options while discussing your design goals and desires. 

The second step, following a project deposit, is to book a private showroom consultation. Here, you’ll meet with Sophie and together you’ll hone the design and choose your favorite stone.

Process Overview:

Step 1: Virtual discovery call with our Bespoke Ring Specialist. Book your discovery call here.

Step 2: Showroom design meeting with Sophie. At this meeting, you will select your diamond (or present your heirloom stone) and confirm your design concept.

Step 3: Production on your ring begins! Custom rings take up to 12 weeks to complete, which includes time for diamond sourcing, crafting, setting, and finishing.

Step 4: Once your ring is complete we’ll be in touch to arrange pick-up or insured express shipping.  We include a slim ring box that fits discreetly in your pocket, and an independent diamond lab report of your diamond (GIA for natural diamonds, and IGI for lab grown diamonds).
