Shipping, Fulfillment, & Exchange Policies

In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please get in touch if you need your items sooner, and we will always try to accommodate!

Our shipments are insured and require a signature for delivery.

If the billing and shipping addresses on an order do not match, or if the address is not verified by our shipper, for security reasons we may require additional verification from you, which may delay your order.  Additionally, larger purchase values may also require additional verification. 
We only ship domestically and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns/ Exchanges

Orders/purchases are considered final once checkout is complete, and cannot be canceled.
In-stock bridal rings can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of the original purchase date. Other in-stock items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by receipt. Made-to-order items, custom pieces, sized or adjusted jewelry, loose stones, select one-of-a-kinds, special orders, and sale or discounted items are final sale. Please get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions.
You must email for return instructions and preauthorization before shipping. Returns shipped without preauthorization or not according to instruction will not be accepted.
