Refund policy

Orders/purchases are considered final once checkout is complete, and cannot be canceled.

In-stock bridal rings can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of the original purchase date, less delivery costs. Other (non-bridal) in-stock items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date, less delivery costs. All items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by receipt. Made-to-order items, custom pieces, sized or adjusted jewelry, loose stones, select one-of-a-kinds, special orders, and sale or discounted items are final sale. Please get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions.

You must email hello@sophiehughes.com for return instructions and preauthorization before shipping. Returns shipped without preauthorization or not according to instruction will not be accepted.
